"X-Ray Department"

I was referred to Bolton One today for an X-Ray on my back and hip.

I have been to Bolton One before and have been satisfied with the service I received.However, today I was extremely disappointed at the attitude of the radiologist and their assistant.

They were not rude to me but were extremely unprofessional, complaining non stop that they shouldn't be having to deal with my x-ray as it should have been done at Bolton Royal.

Quite frankly I would have preferred to have gone to Bolton Royal.

When I asked if they could see a problem I was told they were too busy to study the x-ray.

There was one person waiting when I left.
