My wife and I attended a double appointment at the audiology department on Thurs. June 30 and were delighted with the reception and treatment we received.

We were actually seen on time and the audiologist made us feel at ease and welcome from the very start by their friendly, helpful manner.

This staff member is a credit to the hospital.

Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of their way to ensure we went away happy with the outcome of our appointment.

We cannot praise them enough.
