I am not a registered patient of Featherstone Road Clinic but I have been referred to you by my own practice (Hanwell Health Centre). They were unable to see me on a daily basis to carry out dressing changes, that I required following day surgery at St Marks Hospital.
Having experienced various levels of care and attention, some good and some bad, from medical staff, hospitals, clinics, district nurses et al. I felt that I needed to write to say that I have nothing but praise for all the members of your staff that I have personally met or have come in contact with at Featherstone. They have been always friendly, courteous and conscientious.
I have been seeing a particular member of staff in the clinic most week days for my dressing change. They are friendly and puts me at ease and I feel free to discuss my concerns of the healing progress following surgery. They are always concerned that I am not in too much discomfort during dressing changes and makes what might be painful / stressful much easier then I have experienced elsewhere within the NHS..
Another person I would like to mention is a particular receptionist, who is always friendly whenever I see them at reception. They are always very helpful when I am booking new appointments and all in all, make my daily visits more pleasant.
Before I started to attend Featherstone I was apprehensive of the unknown. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Featherstone to my friends and family if they ever needed your services. Keep up the good work.
