"Amazing!"

My mum had to be taken to Northwick Park Hospital one day last week. We arrived and the waiting area was ram packed with patients. We got there at just after 9pm and left just before midnight - In this time she had seen a nurse, doctor, had an ECG, x-ray, blood tests, assessed by a nurse, time taken out to show her how to use certain medications and got all the results back. Normally, this would take hours and the time we spent in A&E here I find was acceptable, especially knowing they were understaffed but this did not stop the nurses smiling and being very friendly. You could not fault this hospital in the slightest on numerous visits.

I give this hospital 10/10.

NHS is struggling but people never look into why and just moan. you can see the amount of pressure these nurses and doctors are under, so only right that they are given praise where it is need. Try and be a doctor or nurse for a day! I work for consultants and it is a very busy life they lead.
