"Can never get through on phone."

The booking system is ridiculous.

They ring and leave a message telling you when your appointment is and then when you try to ring to speak to someone you can never get through to them.

The booking team endeavours to answer all calls within a timely response, the team also has an answerphone service which is monitored throughout the day and calls returned in a timely manner. we apologise for any delay with dealing with your query.
