"They gave us back our Mum"

All staff, without exception, treated Mum with care and helped her retain her dignity. They were patient, attentive, vigilant and showed a real understanding of dementia and Mum's needs at all times. The family was welcomed and involved in her care which was lovely.

The food was of a very high standard. Mum was admitted to Herm as a very distressed, frightened lady but left as the calm, gentle soul that we recognise as our mother. Thank you!
