About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

I attended this very busy department yesterday,and was kept waiting for over an hour. However, the staff were very concerned, apologised profusely,offered a pager so I could leave the area,offered to make cups of tea or coffe and kept everybody well informed. When I was eventually seen by the consultant,they too apologised,but in no way did I feel rushed,I felt as though my minor problem was treated with as much respect and concern as if it was a life threatening condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this dept to anybody.

Well done to the staff of HRI ,
