My son started getting a sore eye about two days ago.
It had got worse in a couple of days and was first prescribed eye drops of conjunctivitis by my doctor by telephone consultation.
Symptoms persisted that evening and contacted the hospital who advised me to go in the following day if the same or to go up if it had got worse.
I went there 9am the next day as advised and from the start the welcome was friendly from the reception followed by meeting the senior Nurse on duty who was great with my son and made him feel at ease plus another particular member of staff was lovely too :) the doctor (sorry I couldn't remember the name) who we saw my son sorted the issue made Harry feel at ease (was actually a cluster of lashes got caught inside the eye) and reassured me what I needed to do for future.
I found the staff friendly, professional and a real asset to the NHS :)
"Great service trusted staff"
