I visited this clinic today. The consultant was empathetic and thorough. I felt they understood my troubles and I left knowing the path forward. There was plenty of time to talk and I was invited to ask any further questions, and on top of all that I was seen fifteen minutes early. The other staff moving around the patients in the waiting room were noticeably kind in their dealings with people. I guess you might expect more than the average amount of empathy in this clinic. There was certainly plenty to go round. As a final flourish a reception staff member opened doors and helped me to find the way to the hospital buggy. A great experience.
