(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter went for surgery and while waiting for her to be anaesthetised a brilliant health care assistant stayed with me and she really put me at ease. I didn't really have time to read her badge so I'm sorry if this is mispronounced but I believe her name was jolanda. I just wanted to say thank you so much and you made a traumatic experience so much better.
