"My wife and I took a relative ..."

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as a relative),

What I liked

My wife and I took a relative into surgery reception at 7.00 a.m. on Monday March 1st 2010. We were in the hospital all day right up to 8.30 pm. She was treated very professionally throughout as were we as visitors. The staff in surgical reception, the consultant, the surgeon, the anesthetist, the staff on ward E15 and the staff in post op recovery, should all be congratulated. Everyone involved seemed to put patient and visiting relatives first in every respect. Congratulations and thanks, The NHS at it's best.
