What I liked
Great treatment at Accident and Emergency. Staff were really friendly and explained everything to me. Ward 19 at Royal Infirmary was excellent. I saw my Consultant every day during my stay. Nurses were great and so were the health care workers. The Cleaners worked very hard. The theatre staff were very proffesional and explained everything to me.
What could be improved
The food I wouldn't give to my dog. But I am a fussy eater.
Anything else?
A big thank you to everyone who looked after me during my stay in hospital. I would also like to say that Denise who is a health care worker on ward 19 does a great job. David who takes care of the tea trolley also does a fantastic job and is very caring to the patients. What a great hospital I can't thank you enough
