May I congratulate you on the clarity of communication that I experienced today.
Upon my GP's recommendation, I rang you today re my promised appointment at your outpatient clinic.
Your secretary greeted me, listened to my query, acknowledged ' that my appointment was due to be for May 2016 ' and ' the current remedy is adding a Saturday clinic to accommodate the sheer volume of patients'. They then promised they would email on my behalf to bring this to the attention of the appropriate staff.
I was delighted to receive such clear and transparent information, efficient and helpful frontline staff is much appreciated, thank you.
