"Emergency treatment but not so urgent"

About: New Cross Hospital

I was left for hours on end without seeing anyone once I got to gyne even thou I needed an urgent blood transfusion... It took over 24 stop in hours to start getting the treatment I needed with the staff not listening to my needs and wishes.... After having enough of poor treatment I asked to go home and had a doctor talk to me and belittle me like I've never had before!!! My children are top on my list of what comes first but they just said can't u just sort something out like I have that luxury ..... I would never be in a rush to go there and if u do hope that it's just as a visitor
