Receptionist at this surgery are very rude and unprofessional.
They need to have more training in patient liaison.
I have been a patient at this surgery for over 30 years and am afraid it has gone downhill year to year.
It's decline this year seems to be even worse now that one of the doctors has retired.
Every time you visit the surgery, there is a different receptionist.
Am thinking of changing a Doctor now to a more professional practice.
It appears I am not the only one complaining about this surgery according to previous reviews..
