From walking through the door all the staff was found to be very friendly and the general atmosphere relaxed and calming. I was a little nervous about the pending procedure but with the staff talking things through and gave the impression they were going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, I was soon feeling more comfortable about things than I could have hoped for, I can not find any fault towards all the staff and personally very grateful.
The organisation was very professional and efficient. The procedure was completed without any issues. Whilst in transit to another part of the building it was nice to see the consultant who had performed the operation earlier that morning pass me in the corridor, a welcoming smile and took the time to say hello and ask how was things was feeling ... I thought this was a nice touch and typically the extra mile feel to the service.
The food was very nice with a good choice and service efficient.
Every aspect of the experience more than exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend this treatment centre.
Thank you to everybody who work so hard to make this happen.
