I visited today after suffering a severe headache for 2 weeks. The staff were amazing and made me feel completely at ease. They informed me at every avenue about what was going to happen next and what my options were. They used just enough humour to put me at ease as I hate anything medical, especially when I had to have a lumbar puncture which I was petrified about! The two doctors and nurse constantly spoke to me throughout the experience keeping me occupied.
They were very attentive and I have come away feeling very positive about my time spent in the hospital.
The staff in the ward I was in were nothing short of amazing and I'm so thankful for everything they did today. I've gone home to rest.
I will have no hesitation in the future to visit the hospital again.
