"Follow up"

I had emergency cabg surgery 4months ago and give you 5* for this.

However I had my first experience of Outpatients today and feel the need to comment.

I understand that the area is being modernised but I hope that the outcome will be a patient centred, 21st century experience

This could possibly streamline the appointment and any tests needed. The lack of information today was so stressful and exhausting for me.

The staff are to be commended for remaining courteous and friendly at all times.
