About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as the patient),

I really just wanted to say a huge thank you to the medical team who took excellent care of me during my stay in Ward 17. Their professionalism, care and attention was 24/7, and always carried out with a smile and when required, humour.

Particular thanks are for:

Mr S Komalaffi, Dr M Thornton for their excellent surgical skills.

Eleanor, for being there with me on this journey (also answering my numerous and on occasions obscure questions! ).

Staff Nurse Joanne, for the care and attention provided to me on the ward.

Support Care Workers, Helen and Isa, for carrying out their duties where nothing was too much trouble.

My heartfelt thanks to all, for assisting me in getting my life back.
