(as the patient),

I was new to the area and referred to a support worker emily, who has been amazing! She has made such a difference to me and my 4 year old son, She has introduced me to the local community, helped me register with the local doctors and dentist. And just given me such a confidence boost! I honestly dont know what I would of done without her, and im extremely grateful for all that she has done for us.

It can be a challenging tme moving to a new area, making new friends and simply organisinfg day to day things. The FSW team can offer support in many ways and helping families settle in to in new area is just one. It is fantastic to hear that Emily made such a valuable contribution to you and your family and thank you very much for taking time to give us such positive feedback
