What I liked

I have been an out patient at the RF for several years and will continue to be an out patient for a long time to come.

I attend various clinics and in each one I have been treated exceptionaly well by friendly staff. If an appointment has to be altered, they go out of their way to try to accomodate. Its not always possible, but that is understandable.

I feel very lucky to be treated at the Royal Free and would like to thank all the staff for making the experience as easy as possible.
