"Still waiting on results"

I had a appointment on the 17th May 2016 for a sleep Apnoea diagnostic test. I have tried many many times to get through on the number given and also on the switchboard number to try to find out results but nobody is answering the phones. This is causing me stress as I would like to know the result of the study.
