"Pharmacy at Warwick Hospital"

About: Warwick Hospital

Had to collect a prescription from the Warwick hospital pharmacy today.

Initially advised 15 mins wait.

20 mins later enquired and was told it was being checked and won't be long now.

So waited a bit longer.

Then 40 mins later went back to the counter and advised staff that i had now been waiting 40 mins now. A member of staff went to check and advised it is being checked now.

That's what they told me 20 mins ago,

They were not particularly busy, and no apology or anything.

Then to top it off they didn't have the full quantity of drugs anyway which they failed to advise me off.

Not impressed at all!

Don't say it's 15 mins if it's going to be 40 mins.
