We would like to say a huge thank you to the receptionist at outpatients today who was so patient and helpful regarding a query my husband had over a future appointment with spinal services. They answered all of our concerns and put my husband at ease in preparation for his appointment tomorrow so a well deserved 11 out of 10 for their help!
