Just wanted to say that I had an exceptionally good experience with a nurse at this surgery.
I went in to have a vaccination yesterday at 7am and was nervous, but the nurse was so friendly and chatty (even though they were clearly tired). They put me at ease straight away.
This nurse was patient with all my questions and took the time to thoroughly research the areas I was going to, to make sure I had everything I needed.
I barely felt the 2 injections, the nurse was so efficient!
A first class experience from a brilliant nurse. Thank you :-)
