I have just finished my sessions with the Cardiac Rehabilitation programme, following a heart bypass operation at St Georges, and I have to commend all the staff for their dedication and enthusiasm.

I have attended the lectures and the gym sessions and it has all been very informative and helped me get the confidence back in my own ability to partake in cardiovascular workouts.

I have now been referred to a local gym to continue their good work!
