"Changing emergancys to routine!"

Mum mum hasn't even had her operation or a seen a consultant yet for her operation because they had the ordasity to change it all from emergency which the doctors said it was because she had jaundice to routine!! I think this is a joke my mum is constantly in pain with her gallstones and because of them now has to wait till sometime in July to just speak about her operation! Then will probably have to wait longer for her actual operation, I think it's disgusting how they can change it knowing she had and still possibly has jaundice!!! I am seriously not impressed at all and would personally like to email someone who works here but couldn't find an email address.
