About: Tolworth Hospital / Memory clinic

My mom and I went to an appointment at the Kingston Memory Clinic at Tolworth Hospital. It was our first time at this clinic. We were very happy with the care and attention that was given, and despite a late start to the appointment (the clinician and student clinician were going over my mom's notes prior to meeting with us) we were given plenty of time in a very containing environment. Both the student clinician, Mo, and clinician, Neil, were very professional but also allowed space for some more personal interaction and humour. They were very thorough and patient, taking time to explain things to my mom when she was struggling to understand.

I am happy to hear that even though there was a delay in starting your appointment it was thorough and the clinicians were patient and that overall you were both happy with the care and attention given.
