Today i came to the department (xray) stressed out by 35 mins in the car park - absolute chaos - no one to help at all !
However the moment I met the osteoporosis technician I just relaxed - they greeted me with the most charming smile and appeared to be genuinely happy to be treating me - the osteoporosis technician was caring and professional - Kind and patient . It was a joy to be cared for by them.
But I can tell by the reviews and all i hear outside the hospital that the care is so variable - this does seem such a shame - i think outpatients seems to be mostly good but the care on the wards and in A and E is the luck of the draw!
Come on Kingston - make me feel I dare come there but thank you to to the osteoporosis technician for today! They are the epitome of how the hospital could be!
Why on earth is xray not on list of departments please??
