My Partner had a operation on her neck/Spine in March, As a result she has all but lost the use of her left arm/hand/fingers. Pre/op numbness in fingers told op would not guarentee cure would likely stop numbness progressing. So she opted for op. on march 20th 2016 had op woke up with quite a few people around bed as her blood pressure dropped and she could not use left hand (the staff thought she had had a stroke) Dr was called and after a while she managed to move her arm. We waited 3 months doing all the exercises given to her by physio but physio said we need to speak to surgeon to asscertain root cause of problem in left arm/fingers . Try as we might the surgeon has avoided us saying they are happy with her progress. How can they be happy as they have avoided seeing us . All we want is reassurance by the surgeon, we are not looking to blame. My partner went to the hospital today 28th and guess what surgeon never saw her. she is very very upset.
