About: Highgate Private Hospital

I arrived at 13.30, they gave me the room, the nurse was helpful. Then the consultant asked me about the endoscopy. I asked about the sedation because I am nervous.

I told the consultant 'I want to be sleep' when they talked to me about to be sedation, and they answered 'all is under control'.

When i was in the Theatre, they put into me the camera without enough sedation, and while the consultant put into me the endoscopy, they didn't pay attention abut me (the consultant was talking with other doctor and didn't watch the monitor or me).

I screamed to them 'stop' and the consultant continued while i was crying because it was so painful.

The worst experience I have ever suffered. Don't use this hospital.
