I was recently taken to the A & E dept after a cycling accident. The care was fantastic in the IT unit and immediate. I was informed all the way along and so were my family. The dept was extremely busy but at no time did I feel neglected. After being admitted to the MAU, I was well cared for by a great team who were extremely busy. The nurses, who were very young, coped with every situation with patience and care. There was building work going on in the unit and I can't count how many times I was apologised to for the disruption when It clearly wasn't their fault.

All three departments should be congratulated for their hard work.
