(as the patient),

I was born semi paralysed down my right hand side. In the last couple of years I am getting a lot of pain so I now have treatment at the Spasticity Clinic. I take various medications to help the pain and spasms and botox injections over the last year. My treatment by the doctors and all the staff is exemplary and nothing could be improved
