"This service isn't working! Nobody answers the..."

I can only think there are not enough staff or Gateway is blocked up!

Either way this system isn't working and needs reinventing to a system that works.

This is my second attempt to phone. (last time waited over half an hour with no answer.

I'm currently waiting over a similar timescale. Just hearing this...'Thank you for calling Gateway, we are on our way to help' But I can only think there's nobody there!

Dear Sir, We are sorry to hear you had difficulty getting through to us on the phone. Without knowing the times you attempted to call it is difficult for us to assess what the problems were at that time.
