About: Russells Hall Hospital

I was referred to immaging for a ct scan. On arrival the receptionist looked as if they were tottaly bored and disinterested which gives a very poor impression of the caring trust. However the radiological staff were superb. Very caring and informative. Well done Russell's hall keep it up an maintain the high standard but maybe a bit of mentoring from other departments of the hospital will not come amiss.

We are sorry to hear that our receptionist came across as bored and disinterested as this is not how we would expect our staff to behave.
