I have called this hospital a number of times to simply request for an invoice for an MRI scan. The switchboard could hear me perfectly fine, but each time I was transferred to the MRI department the member of staff kept mentioning that they could not hear me. It did not make any sense! If you're trying to contact the MRI department do not call! Go straight to the hospital!
