The doctor and team were really helpful and informative to me and my partner. They fully explained the procedure and what I would experience.They talked to me throughout and helped with aids as my balance is limited. Kept to times they set and took us to where we could get refreshment .
the made sure fittings were attached and that I knew when my appt was for the following day in Torbay. Even though I have been a registered nurse for 47 years ,I had not seen anything like this.
