(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Feedback from a family member on the involvement of the Dementia Outreach Service for Mansfield and Ashfield stating that the CPN "Sean" was "like a breath of fresh air"

The family state they are very happy with the level of care from Sean given to their relative who now lives in a care home.
