From attending the first outpatient appointment, to pre-op assessment, procedure carried out and aftercare, cant' fault anything.

Kept well informed throughout.

The reception staff always welcoming and pleasant either on the phone or at the hospital, nursing staff the same, and medical staff explained everything fully, from the outpatient appointment and what the procedure would entail, to lying on the trolly waiting for the anaesthetic.

Would definitely recommend.
