About: Northwick Park Hospital

I came to A&E in a panick after suffering a mild seizure (an allergic reaction to prescription tablets) I was petrified! I received good service from reception staff they were very quick and organised. I was called through to a separate part of A&E and waited to be seen in a waiting room with other patients. It was a long wait that night but I felt safe and secure and staff were attentive and reassured me, the nurses were very kind to me they kept me calm and helped me to relax.

The doctor who assessed me was brilliant, they were very polite to me and it put me at ease. I've always had good service from the staff at Northwick Park it's a very good hospital and the nurses don't get enough credit, we would be lost without them :-)
