25/06/2016......the receptionist is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Looking down on people.The staff nurse on the other hand was amazing.

I am sorry to hear that one of our staff members was rude and unhelpful. I will feed this back to the team so that they can make sure that all patients are treated with respect as they visit the Eye Centre. I am pleased that you found the staff nurse to be amazing.
