From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors everyone was respectful and amazing and the staff on OMU ward are Angels they put my mind at rest as I came in with my poorly daughter X these Angels are the back bone of the NHS and I feel grateful and blessed that we have this service. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart x

We were very pleased to read that you had a positive experience in the Accident and Emergency Department at Manchester Royal Infirmary. We were especially pleased that the efforts of our staff helped you to feel at ease. We aim to provide all of our patients with a high standard of care and ensure that they are treated with respect and dignity. It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work of our staff. We will pass your feedback on to the Operational Manager of the Accident and Emergency Department so that it can be shared with the wider staff.
