My poor sister had to rush me to A&E in the middle of the night last Sunday. Despite all the negative things one reads about A&E departments, I cannot express how marvelously I was treated and I want to thank all those on duty last Sunday night; you do an incredible job as I could hear all that was going on through the curtain! Also, it was very reassuring to be told I had made the right decision to go there (and hadn't been a time waster!)
Twelve hours later, my sister had to rush back to the hospital with my father, who is still there now. He is in no hurry to leave, thinks everyone is fantastic, food first class and I suspect you will have to drag him out kicking and screaming when the time comes for him to leave! So thank you again for taking such wonderful care of my dad.
"A double Thank You"
