What I liked

my mam was admitted to eau this weekend, the doctor, nursing staff were outstanding despite being busy, nothing was too much trouble and when my mams condition worsened the speed of care and transfer to ccu was amazing. I was totally involved I am my mams carer and my concerns where listened to with the utmost patience and understanding thank you. Mam remains in ccu but god willing and a pacemaker she will soon be back on her feet.

What could be improved

only the food, it was terrible, despite the staffs attempt to make it look nice it was cold tasteless and horrible.

Having said that I am more than happy to bring in food and have noticed a lot of people do as well.
