After 30 years of eating what I like when I like and as much as I like. Finally my body said enough. Now got gallstones. Gallblabber infection which led to blood infection and large fatty liver after years of stuffing my face.
From pickup to release my care has not just been exceptional it has been OUTSTANDING from the ambulance crew to Salford Royal staff. Let alone the level of equipment provided to support my stay. From drop off at A&E to the hope building in EUA. Then to the ladywell build 1st and 2nd floor. The staff are brilliant. Attentive friendly and uber professional. While the doctors do the clever stuff. The staff make the visit more like a hotel stay "with benefits". Speaking of the doctors. They really know their stuff and explain it so well to us laypeople. Easy to understand without feeling like you are a dummy.
"No better place to be when you are really ill"
