"Disappointing service"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

My husband has Keratoconus. Since last year up until due date this hospital has shown no interest in taking his illness serious. All they ever do is send appointments and then cancel them. His eyes are getting worse day by day. They really need to sort their priorities right and put their patient needs first. Action needs to be taken as soon as possible enough is enough!
