"Disappointed"

my mum was admitted into pinders and was kept in for over a week due to inflamed liver, they ran a few tests,a doctor came in and gave us the bad news that she has bowel cancer and explained that the committee will get together to discuss her treatment.. They explained it could be surgery and chemotherapy but they were not aware of how far the cancer had gone.This had really hit us as a family as his was 100% sure before a colonoscopy and biopsy, so we assumed it was a later stage of cancer. As anyone can imagine my mum and family were all distressed, 4-5 days later another doctor comes round the ward and said it may not be cancer. They put us through so much

Now we are awaiting biopsy results and its been over a week and i have rang the hospital numerous times a day but the ladys that answer leave me on hold and never come back. I have rang the gp and they still havent heard anything.

I am now finding it hard to cope with all this thinking has she or hasnt she got cancer. I and my family are all discusted in this!
