"Total left hip replacement on 7th June 2016"

I would like to pass on to all the following members of staff my extreme gratitude for the excellent care I was given during my 2 day stay for a total hip replacement. Firstly to surgeon and surgical team for the skill, kindness and care, Dr for giving me just enough anaesthetic so I wasn't woozy when I came round, the amazing nursing team, both day and night shifts, the physio team who managed to get a lazy article like me moving, the ancillary staff who kept us fed with quite delicious food and kept the areas I saw clean and tidy.

All of this excellent care meant that I was able to go home a day early.

A thank you card is on it's way but I forgot to thank the physio team.

Thank you all of you, my recovery since coming home has been very good, my post op pain has gone so I am continuing to exercise a lot.
