What I liked

I was admiited to the hospital from A+E on 14.2.2010 and was on 2 wards. My experience was very positive and I was treated with respect throughout. I have written to the Chief Executive to express my thanks to the caring and hardworking staff who cared for me.

What could be improved

The only problem that I encountered was on the day of my discharge. I had a very long wait for my medication over 2.5 hours to be delivered. However this was probably due to the pressure on the pharmacy.
