"Blood Test for a child"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Incredibly rude! GP advised that I ring them a week in advance of wanting the blood test done as it depends which members of staff are in as to who can do the tests on children (which is completely understandable), and the person who I spoke to kept cutting me off mid sentence, wouldn't listen to what I was saying, when I said that I took him for a blood test recently they said I was lying, and said to me "I've already told you, we don't do it, you must go to Harlow, what are you not understanding?!" I explained that a friend of mine had to ring and was seen on the same day for her daughter, and they said that's rubbish, it could be at the discretion of the staff on that day, but generally we do not do tests on children.

They were so incredibly rude!
